READ: 2 Kings 2:1-15

And when the sons of the prophets which were to view at Jericho saw him, they said, The spirit of Elijah doth rest on Elisha…

2 Kings 2:15

Elisha also realized that the thing which made Elijah’s ministry successful was the anointing. When he had the opportunity , he asked for the anointing. Some people may have asked for the money , the education or the qualifications that Elijah had. But Elisha just wanted the anointing!

“…Elijah said unto Elisha, Ask what I shall do for thee, before I be taken away from thee. And Elisha said, I pray thee, let a double portion of thy spirit be upon me” (2 Kings 2:9).

I want to share about a channel of anointing that is not usually spoken of. It may sound new to you, but it is very real. If there is any way by which you can catch the anointing, please take it! I am not presenting this as the only way that God can anoint you; I am only sharing with you what I have received from the Lord. I am sharing with you what is biblically and scripturally sound.

Many people have received the anointing through listening to preaching messages on CDs and through reading books, but they do not understand what has happened to them. Many of those who have received the anointing through this channel cannot teach it because they do not fully understand it. I believe that it is my duty to teach this simple and real method of catching the most essential ingredient of ministry the anointing.
